Statement of Faith

1. We believe that the Holy Bible is inspired by God, that it is perfect and faultless, and that it is the ultimate authority and guide for the believers’ faith and their lives.

2. We believe that there are three persons in the Godhead: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and in glory, that there is but one absolute and eternal God.

3. We believe that Jesus Christ came to the world and became a man through the conception of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, that he, being sinless, bore the sins of the world through the crucifixion on the cross, that he died and was buried, on the third day, he was resurrected from the dead, ascended to heaven, and is the Savior of all believers, that He shall come again, and judge
the world.

4. We believe that the Holy Spirit is one of the Holy Trinity, whose ministry is to convict the world of their sins, and to reveal to men the truth about Christ, thus comforting, counseling and sanctifying the believers.

5. We believe that man was originally created in God’s image, but because of the fall of Adam, the first ancestor, through his sin, all mankind became slave of sin, only through the confession and repentance of sins, and faith in Jesus can one be saved and enjoy eternal life.

6. We believe that believers are saved by grace through faith; grace refers to that which God has revealed and freely given to mankind through the death of Jesus Christ on the cross for their sins; faith refers to men’s personal expression to God the confession and repentance of their sins, and the placing of their trust in Jesus as their Lord through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

7. We believe that the church is the body of Christ and was established by God on earth, to enable believers who have believed and are baptized to worship together, to hold the sacraments, and to preach the gospel. Christ is the Head of
the church; therefore, the church is a spiritual institution in which the administration of its affairs is governed by God’s ultimate authority. The church has two sacraments symbolizing and commemorating the salvation: one is
baptism; and the other is the communion.

8. We believe that Christ is coming back in glory and majesty, to judge the world, and to reign as King forever.
